We've raised over $160 million to date, including a $72 million Series C, to expand our impact and scale our mission worldwide.\nIn this role you will\nHelp enhance our product content offering, guiding users emotionally and practically through life's hardest transitions.\nOwn complex content projects from 0 to 1, from initial concept through launch, in close collaboration with a cross-functional team.\nManage content production workflows end to end - from strategy through freelance collaboration - for the projects you own.\nDraft, edit, and refine in-product content (written guides, audio guides, care plan steps, meditations, etc.), ensuring clarity, consistency, and relatability.\nEnsure brand voice, messaging, and storytelling stay consistent within your product area, in line with Empathy's tone, style, and content guidelines.\nAdapt core messaging for different audiences, products, and partner contexts.\nUse AI tools for content research, ideation, and drafting; identify and pilot AI tools that could improve workflows, going beyond brainstorming to materially increase output, speed, or testing velocity.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Design teams, and Data/Analytics to align on user needs and goals.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in product, content, UX, or communications.\nNative-level English, with exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt tone and style across products and audiences.\nDeep empathy and sensitivity when addressing grief, illness, caregiving, and other emotionally difficult topics.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong cross-functional collaboration across product managers and other stakeholders.
