Together they enable the continuous remote monitoring of human health across a range of conditions, through clinical-quality digital measurements.\nIf you are looking to join a fast-paced growth environment and do meaningful work that can make a true impact in the world, then keep reading.\nAbout the role\nWe’re searching for a passionate and talented Design Intern to join our Marketing team in Milan.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to shadow, learn, and assist the team in:\nDesigning marketing materials, including social templates, brochures, digital leaflets, and other sales collateral\nSupporting day-to-day design needs across the Empatica website, print, and digital materials\nHelping ensure the visual identity of the Empatica brand is consistently and coherently applied across all touchpoints\nAssisting in preparing polished, print-ready design files for production\nSupporting the design of materials for campaigns, product launches, and events as needed\nRequirements\nYou are the ideal person for the Design Internship role if you have:\nA completed degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field, with a strong focus on graphic and communications design\nAn understanding of design principles and tools such as Figma and Adobe suite \nGood design and aesthetic skills as well as analytical mindset. You are able to apply good design practices across a wide range of projects, from web to print\nSome experience working with branding and brand guidelines\nAn inherent ability to think in systems\nA passion for Empatica’s products and mission\nResilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work\nExcellent communication skills in English (Italian not needed)\nNice-to-have: Some video experience\nSome previous experience as a designer is appreciated\nLife at Empatica\nYou will join a fast-growing, international, and diverse team of 120+ talented people who care passionately about what we do and the difference we are making in the world.
