มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม- ประสานงานและสนับสนุน AI Champions ของแต่ละหน่วยงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีภายในองค์กร- ติดตามและประเมินอัตราการใช้งานระบบ (Adoption Rate) รวมถึงความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการนำระบบใหม่มาใช้งาน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงและส่งเสริมการใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง5. การวัดผลและประเมินประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน (Productivity
