วิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น•ประสานงานกับ Vendor / Implementer / Microsoft Partner ในการแก้ไขปัญหา การปรับแต่งระบบ (Customization) และการพัฒนาฟังก์ชันเพิ่มเติม•ทดสอบระบบ (UAT) เมื่อมีการอัปเดต Patch, Hotfix, Customization หรือ New Module•จัดทำรายงาน (Report) จากระบบ ERP ตามที่ผู้ใช้งานหรือผู้บริหารร้องขอ โดยใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Power BI, Excel, Report Builder•ดูแลการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูล (Integration) ระหว่าง Dynamics 365 กับระบบอื่น ๆ ภายในองค์กร•ฝึกอบรม (Train) และให้คำแนะนำการใช้งาน ERP กับพนักงานใหม่และพนักงานปัจจุบัน•ร่วมโครงการพัฒนา/ปรับปรุงระบบ ERP เช่น การ Roll-out Module ใหม่ การ Upgrade เวอร์ชัน\nQualifications\nปริญญาตรีสาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Support 2-5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ดูแล/Support ระบบ ERP อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี\n\nมีประสบการณ์กับ Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, Finance & Operations หรือ Customer Engagement) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Hardware, Network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Windows Server, Active Directory\n\nเข้าใจ Business Process พื้นฐาน เช่น Sales, Purchase, Inventory,
