Communicate to maintenance management for direction or coordination of activities.\nWill maintain the integrity and follow procedures and processes put into place by ownership.\nRespond and assist in breakdown repairs.\nParticipate fully in project work and all manner of learning opportunities to accelerate skill base increase, including relevant Electro-mechanical exposure.\nAbility to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nSkills and Abilities\nBasic mechanical aptitude.\nBasic electrical knowledge.\nKnowledge and ability to maintain certification to operate various material handling equipment and to service complex refrigeration and mechanical systems.\nGeneral knowledge of computers and software is preferred.\nDemonstrated Competencies\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of employees as necessary, both in verbal and written form.\nGood observation and analytical evaluation skills to report, troubleshoot, and diagnose problems.\nSelf-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.\nMust have regular and punctual attendance.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.\nThis position requires walking, standing, climbing, bending, reaching, and handling.\nMust be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.\nExperience: Plant maintenance experience is advantageous.Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions.
