Join us and find out how a little empathy changes everything.\nEmplify Health is seeking a Data Engineer to help build and support scalable data solutions that drive better patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.\nIn this role, you'll be a key contributor to our enterprise data lake initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and technology teams to develop modern data pipelines, analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Data engineer, you'll be responsible for developing data pipelines with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and quality. You'll Collaborate with stakeholders and peers across the organization to develop data driven solutions to improve patient care, outcomes, and optimize business operations. This position will also play a key role in the enterprise data lake development and success.\nWhat's Available:\nFulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)\nSchedule: Monday-Friday Days\nLocation: Located at our Support Services Building in Onalaska, WI. Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remote.
