In this role, you will help create and deliver engaging Epic training programs that support end users and IT professionals across the organization.\nYou'll partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to develop learning solutions that improve technology adoption, user confidence, and overall system effectiveness.\nMajor Responsibilities Include:\nInvolved in training needs assessment processes and vendor selection.\n\nWorks closely with both IT and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported.\n\nDevelops documentation for custom applications and packaged applications, using a variety of mediums as needed.\n\nAssists in the design of training programs, classes, workshops, and Computer Based Training (CBT) and on-line help.\n\nDelivers training programs for standard packages and productivity tools.\n\nPerforms work under direct supervision.\n\nHandles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.\n\nWhat's Available:\nFulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)\n\nSchedule: Monday-Friday days typically 8:00am-5:00pm\n\nLocation: Remote eligible role for residents of WI, MN, and IA.
