This role will shape how artificial intelligence enhances recruiter and hiring manager workflows, helping customers work more efficiently while delivering trusted, responsible, and intuitive AI experiences.\n\nYou will define and deliver AI-powered product capabilities across Employ's portfolio—including Lever, Jobvite, and JazzHR—used by more than 23,000 organizations ranging from SMB to enterprise.
