This role supports the day-to-day interaction with the client and associates, assists with identifying process improvements, and executes on service level agreements to ensure they are met. This role provides immediate front-line customer service to the management team and associates. This role is responsible for partnering with \nappropriate parties to resolve all workforce issues, including but not limited to employee coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, and payroll and timekeeping, in a timely manner.\nYour Role & Responsibilities\nAct as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.\nEducates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues.\nEnsures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.\nCoordinates resolution of the all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties.\nDelivers client customized new hire orientations.\nCollects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.\nRuns reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software).\nParticipates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program\nProcesses payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance\nPreferred Education & Experience\nHigh school diploma or 6 months related experience\nCompetencies (Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring)\nHands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.\nExperience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.\nData management experience.\nHR experience is preferred.\nFamiliarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.\nAble to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure Environment.\nAble to understand client goals and how they measure success.\nComes together to achieve organizational goals in order to succeed and grow. Therefore, every employee should have the ability to work in a team and contribute towards individual and business goals.\nCommunicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form.
