knowledge within the team.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- Proven Experience : 4-12 years of professional experience in Java development.\n\n- Core Java Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Java 8 or higher, including multithreading, collections, lambdas, streams, and Java concurrency.\n\n- Frameworks and Libraries : Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, and JPA.\n\n- Database Knowledge : Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.), including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.\n\n- Web Services : Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and working with microservices architectures.\n\n- Version Control : Proficiency in Git, with experience using version control systems in a collaborative team environment.\n\n- Agile Methodologies : Strong understanding and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).\n\n- Unit Testing : Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit tests using tools like JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Cloud Technologies : Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\n\n- CI/CD : Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.\n\n- Strong Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Front-end Experience : Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus, as we value full-stack knowledge.\n\n- Distributed Systems : Experience with distributed systems and high-availability applications.\n\n- DevOps Knowledge : Understanding of DevOps practices and experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.\n\n- Agile Certifications : Scrum Master or Agile Certified Developer (ACD) certifications are a plus.\n\n- Security :
