someone who can understand customer behaviour, simplify complex journeys and translate business problems into intuitive product experiences.\n\nWhat you will work on:\n\n- Own end-to-end product design across discovery, research, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, prototyping and high-fidelity UI.\n\n- Design high-frequency consumer journeys across areas such as home, discovery, navigation, loyalty, rewards, cards and payments.\n\n- Simplify complex ecosystems and create experiences that are intuitive, scalable and easy to navigate.\n\n- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Business teams to define and ship product experiences.\n\n- Use customer insights, behavioural data, product metrics and funnel analysis to identify friction and improve journeys.\n\n- Build and contribute to design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.\n\n- Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation to continuously improve experiences.\n\n- Bring strong visual and interaction craft while maintaining consistency across multiple product surfaces.\n\n- Explore and incorporate AI-assisted design workflows to improve speed, exploration and product thinking.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n- 3 - 7 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.\n\n- Strong experience designing consumer-facing digital products, preferably high-traffic or high-frequency products.\n\n- Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture and prototyping.\n\n- Experience with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.\n\n- Practical exposure to AI tools/workflows such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Figma Make or equivalent is preferred.\n\n- Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries.\n\n- Strong product thinking -
