In-Market Execution & Travel\nExtensive weekly travel is required, including prolonged overnight stays, to effectively cover the full territory: West Coast, Central Karoo, Overberg, Cape Winelands, Garden Route, and the Cape Metropole.\nConduct regular store visits, trade engagements, and execution audits across the assigned customer portfolio to ensure alignment with commercial and merchandising standards.\nIdentify execution gaps, monitor competitor activity, and uncover growth opportunities to drive improved customer performance and market share.\n\nService Delivery, Reviews & Issue Resolution\nForecasting, Planning & Reporting\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nMatric required; a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred\nMinimum 5-10 years in a sales environment with proven experience in managing a large territory of independent customers.\nProven experience in account management and B2C sales.\nStrong negotiation and value-based selling capability.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage pipelines and deliver against targets.\nBasic to advanced proficiency in CRM tools; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).\nA valid driver’s license is required.\nGiven the regional nature of the position, the incumbent should be prepared to spend approximately 50% of the working month traveling across the Western Cape.
