Management & Cross-Functional Coordination - 40%\nCoordinate projects across different functions and teams.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, Gantt charts and action trackers.\n\nMonitor project progress, milestones, risks and potential delays.\n\nEnsure effective communication and accountability between stakeholders.\n\nPrepare project status updates, reports and presentations for management.\n\nSupport business improvement and strategic initiatives.\n\nUtilise Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools where appropriate to support project tracking and reporting\n\nSourcing, Supplier & Vendor Coordination - 60%\nCoordinate RFQs, quotations, sourcing briefs, samples and product information.\n\nCoordinate and track product development, sample approvals and costing information.\n\nAssist with supplier scorecards, assessments, factory audits and supplier performance tracking.\n\nEnsure supplier compliance, quality and audit documentation is maintained and up to date.\n\nLiaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding POs, PIs, invoices, payments and outstanding requirements.\n\nCoordinate and track pre-shipment inspections (PSI) and related quality documentation.\n\nMaintain CAR/CAP records and follow up on outstanding corrective actions.\n\nAssist with reporting relating to international principals, including royalty payments and export/customs documentation where required.\n\nIdentify and escalate sourcing risks, delays and outstanding actions.\n\nPrepare sourcing reports, presentations and management updates.\n\nAdministration & Coordination\n\nCoordinate meetings with internal stakeholders, suppliers, vendors and other relevant parties.\n\nPrepare meeting agendas, documentation and supporting information where required.\n\nTake and distribute meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.\n\nMaintain accurate and organised sourcing and project files.\n\nRequirements:\nGrade 12 / Matric qualification plus relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Logistics or a related field Business Administration\n\n3 to 5 years relevant experience in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, business operations or a similar role.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP,
