Empower Yourself.\nWhat You Will Do\nProcess client payroll and participant data files accurately and within established service-level agreements (SLAs).\nAdminister defined contribution retirement plan transactions, including distributions, hardship withdrawals, enrollments, and beneficiary updates, using EXP.\nSupport annual Form 5500 reporting and nondiscrimination testing.\nCalculate and process annual profit-sharing allocations and employer matching contribution true-ups.\nMaintain accurate participant records and follow applicable plan provisions and established administrative procedures.\nPerform assigned system testing and daily website availability checks.\nIdentify, document, and promptly escalate processing errors to appropriate stakeholders.\nResolve routine operational issues through designated U.S. contacts and escalate unresolved issues to the team leader.\nProvide backup assistance during increased processing volumes to meet team service targets.\nSupport special projects, process improvements, and ongoing maintenance of plan procedures.\nComplete professional development activities and assigned professional examinations.\nMeet an annual target of 1,650 billable client hours.\nWhat You Will Bring\n1-3 years of experience in defined contribution retirement plan administration.\nExperience processing retirement plan payroll data and participant transactions.\nGood understanding of Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, profit-sharing allocations, and matching contribution true ups.\nProficiency with retirement plan administration systems, including OMNI and EXP, and Microsoft Excel and Word.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to maintain detailed retirement plan and participant records accurately.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and participant information appropriately.\nGraduate in any discipline from recognized University\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel functions.\nFamiliarity with defined contribution plan provisions and retirement plan recordkeeping operations.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
