Successful candidates will learn more about the specific opportunity during the interview process.\nThis Role is expected to provide strategic insights/plans, participate, and contribute to Implementation org level mission critical initiatives. In addition to these basic expectations include designing of goals and objectives, leading a group of Managers to ensure\nperformance and service quality standards are met, provide coaching and feedback and partner engagement.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nLeadership and management of the Group team.\nRecognizes and implements operational improvements.\nPartner with leaders to develop a joint action plan for success. Assists in developing strategic direction.\nOversee planning and execution of plans with the account’s key executives.\nContribute to the strategic mission and goals by bringing key insights from the Implementation Team to the leadership team.\nPartner with other functions to enable overall success of the implementation.\nProvide coaching, training, and development to leaders of staff to ensure company and department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.\nThe role will help the team with prioritization and focus.\nThe role will require ensuring the hiring, training, and retention of team members.\nBuild a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\nFosters a positive culture that engages employees, encourages innovation, and supports high performance.\nManage and execute as per plan key cross functional cross geography organizational initiatives.\nFlexibility to use data driven, process driven, or Creativity based approach to problem solving (or) opportunity identification.\nSupport idea generation initiative across the support function\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nA degree in business, economics, Arts etc.\n15+ years’ experience in customer service, back-office operations or client facing roles in the benefits and Insurance industry.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability and at least 5+years of experience in managing people.\nProven track record of solving ambiguous and highly complex problems.\nStrong interpersonal and communications skills.\nAbility to understand key drivers of the customer’s business.\nStrong work ethic, conscientiousness, and ability to interface and respond to problems or issues quickly.\nExceptional critical thinking and attention to detail.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-changing environment.\nAbility to communicate effectively to high level executives as well as frontline employees at customer organizations.\nExperience in a start-up preferred though not required.\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the job.
