The role involves strong hands-on development, configuration, and integration experience in card issuing and/or acquiring systems, along with production support responsibilities.\n\nWay4 Development & Configuration : \n\n- Design, develop, and customize Way4 modules based on business requirements.\n\n- Configure card products, fees, limits, interest, and lifecycle rules.\n\n- Develop and maintain Way4 PPL, PL/SQL, and custom components.\n\n- Implement authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation logic.\n\nIntegration & Interfaces : \n\n- Develop and support interfaces with Core Banking Systems, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, payment gateways, fraud systems, and ATM/POS networks.\n\n- Work with ISO 8583 messages and Way4 APIs.\n\n- Troubleshoot interface and transaction issues.\n\nProduction Support : \n\n- Provide L2/L3 support for Way4 production environments.\n\n- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for incidents.\n\n- Handle batch jobs, EOD, and reconciliation issues.\n\n- Ensure SLA adherence and system stability.\n\nCollaboration & Delivery : \n\n- Work closely with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and architects.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, estimations, and code reviews.\n\n- Support UAT, deployments, and post go live activities.\n\n- Document technical designs and operational procedures.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 7+ years of IT experience with strong Way4 development exposure.\n\n- Hands-on experience in Way4 Issuing and/or Acquiring.\n\n- Proficiency in PPL, PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix/Linux.\n\n- Strong understanding of card payment lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute processing.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Visa / Mastercard / RuPay integrations.\n\n- Exposure to PCI DSS, EMV, ISO 8583.\n\n- Way4 certifications, Agile delivery models, and basic knowledge of Java or C/C++.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong analytical and debugging skills.\n\n- Good communication and coordination abilities.\n\n- Ability to work independently and in team environments.\n\n- Willingness to support critical production issues.\n\nSkills\nPL-SQL, SQL, Unix, Linux, EMV, Java, C++,
