Empower Yourself.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nManager Conversion Payroll is expected to provide production oversight, performance management, coaching and feedback and partner engagement for Payroll service teams at Empower India. Team supports payroll implementation and online enrollment, automatic enrollment & Feedback services at a plan level for new as well as existing clients to Empower.\nPrepares daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports/dashboard used to assess the effectiveness of the function. Work with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are updated and maintained for the department.\n7 to 10 years of industry experience in asset management and US retirement (Defined contribution) experience is a must along with people management, stakeholder management. Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.\nPeople & stakeholder Management:\nManages team and work on their individual development\nWorks with managers on hiring, develops training procedures and provides training\nConducts performance evaluations and use the right tools to improve individuals’ performance\nManages staff issues according to company and divisional policies.\nEffective stake holder management\nTimely communication with partners to execute process strategies\nPro-actively identifies risk, make recommendations and able to take decisions\nProject management & efficiency gain\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nEnsures issues are being resolved and clients/partners are kept apprised of progress ensuring highest level of client service and satisfaction.\nWould act as subject matter expert of the process as the role demands trouble shooting and floor support for the team\nShould proactively identify client needs and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction\nAssists with review, controls, and audits as appropriate\nExercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance such as resolving queries, reporting of issues/escalated transactions\nExperience in designing SOPs, training plan and assessments etc.\nMonitor deliverables by tracking activity, escalating issues, publishing progress reports and dashboards and recommend actions\nDriving high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for clients\nDelivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.\nDrives innovation through collaboration with clients and business processes\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s Degree from a recognized university\nKnowledge and experience of US retirement (Defined contribution), Capital markets, Asset management will be an added advantage\nKnowledge on end to end of client onboarding process\nAttention to detail-oriented candidature with strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills\nMust be deadline oriented ensuring issues are being resolved and clients are kept apprised of progress ensuring highest level of client service and satisfaction\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs\nShould have good oral and written communication skills as the role demands extensive partner communication via calls and emails\nAccountability: Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to ensure issues are resolved swiftly\nGlobal Collaboration: Applies global perspective when working within the Team and reach out to relevant stakeholders to avoid any delay in resolving queries\nCommunication: Articulates information clearly and presents information effectively and confidently when working with others\nTime Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
