This role drives the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, from proactive market mapping to precision closing strategies, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI-driven insights. Acting as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, the recruiter combines elite sourcing craft, competitor intelligence, and structured assessment coaching to ensure Empower consistently hires technical professionals and leaders who advance its mission. With accountability for speed, precision, and impact, the recruiter maintains forward-looking technical pipelines, delivers actionable market intelligence, and ensures leadership hires are seamlessly integrated.
