Operating in a hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment, this individual contributor owns analytics delivery from problem definition through deployment and monitoring. The role translates ambiguous business needs into scalable, maintainable, cost-effective data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions while strengthening data quality and infrastructure reliability. Success requires strategic thinking, disciplined execution, sound technical judgment, and learning agility to balance immediate priorities with sustainable engineering practices. The engineer identifies valuable analytics opportunities, communicates findings clearly, and partners with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
