Empower Yourself.\nThe Senior Manager Implementation oversees a team of Implementation Consultants who install new retirement plan sales. Interacts with internal and/or external high-level contacts to develop solutions to complex and difficult problems.\nWhat you will do\nOversee a team of 6 - 15 associates responsible for the installation of new retirement plan sales\nStaff training, mentoring, quality standards, reporting, disciplinary action, motivation, managing managers to identify appropriate staffing levels to projected volume with overtime/vacations and forecasting strategies, timely performance appraisals and salary/promotion/merit increase recommendations\nEnsure that quality assurance, survey results and gain loss standards are upheld with direct reports\nProvide change management leadership to new product offerings, process changes, regulatory requirements and service model enhancements\nPerform conference calls and consult on incoming work with various client contacts including partner(s) sales and relationship/account managers, various internal departments, plan sponsors, financial advisers, third party administrators and/or prior providers\nRespond to partner representatives and clients (including advisors, consultants and third party administrators) with appropriate resolutions on escalated issues\nDiscuss issues and trends with subordinates, peers and relationship management\nEnsure that conversion deadlines are met within the team and that workloads remain balanced through continuous review of staff volume\nLead projects which are designed to improve processes that enhance client and/or staff experience\nWork with sales, relationship management and other operational and service teams on process optimization, shared metric accountability, service standards and overall partnership health\nParticipate in finals presentations, site visits and RPF responses\nWhat you will bring\nBachelor’s degree or related work experience\n7 years related work experience and 2-3 years management experience\nIn-depth knowledge of the retirement industry, recordkeeping systems, plan document/provisions\nIn-depth IRS/DOL reporting knowledge\nIn-depth regulatory compliance knowledge\nMust be fluent in English\nMust be available to work overnight hours\nFINRA fingerprinting required\nWhat will set you apart\nKnowledge of specialized area of business\nDemonstrated leadership skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nWe are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
