Empower Yourself.\nThe Process Excellence role works with operational leadership to develop continuous improvement strategies, generate ad-hoc analyses and perform operational impact assessments. This can be achieved by utilizing business analytics tools and working with technical teams to obtain required data.\nEssential Functions\nUnderstand the business problem, able to convert it as an analytical problem.\nUnderstand the data need, collect, interpret and clean the data for analysis\nProduce meaningful insights using analytical/data modelling techniques and interpret and justify the results with the business context\nAble to present the analysis and results to the business stakeholders and generate BI reports \nGuide others project by offering insights, analytical assessment, and best practice sharing.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to Identify strategy for implementing recommendations.\nImplement recommendations and monitor their progress across assigned projects\nTrain team members and operations staff on lean six sigma Strategy\nPrepare and present updates to senior management.\nDevelop and prioritize execution of recommendations to achieve goals.\nQualifications\nFull time bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, science, or Accounting.\n4-7 years of experience leading and delivering operational process improvements or initiatives\nProfessional certification(s) related to process design and improvement (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified; Lean Analysis; Business Analysis)\nHigh proficiency (8/10) with Excel, PowerPoint; Visio or any other process mapping tools, Competent (5/10) with PowerBI; Tableau; SQL; Azure Databricks; Minitab\nExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively gather process requirements, build relationships and provide sufficient influence to achieve success\nCreative problem solver that can break down complex problems into meaningful parts to identify and solve for improvement areas\nAbility to analyze complex data to determine appropriate course of action towards the objectives\nStrong execution skills to support robust deployment of improvement and transformation opportunities in a dynamic environment\nAbility to work with a high degree of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment\nStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects\nBanking, Financial services/ Insurance business knowledge is an asset \nTechnical expertise regarding data modelling using statistical techniques, data mining\nStrong knowledge of and experience with the data modelling techniques like Time Series, Regression, Segmentation, Clustering\nStrong analytical skills to be able to understand the business problem, collect and analyze the data and able to interpret the results\nExperience in executing cross border improvement projects.\nGood mentoring skills\nAn excellent team player\nAbility to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to work virtually with members across time zones\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the job.
