Empower Yourself.\nThe Technical Product Manager supports the delivery and evolution of technology platforms, including generative AI, decisioning, personalization, and experimentation capabilities Working under senior product leadership, this role partners with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, execute platform roadmaps, and deliver scalable, reliable capabilities\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport platform roadmaps, including feature definition, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery\nTranslate business and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications\nDefine requirements for data pipelines, decisioning policies, experiments, lead allocation, logging, data contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)\nPartner with engineering, machine learning (ML), and data teams to plan and deliver platform capabilities\nManage product backlogs and coordinate Agile activities, including sprint planning, refinement, and releases\nCollaborate with senior product managers to evaluate technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks\nSupport platform governance, documentation, versioning, approvals, and compliance processes\nMonitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption through key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and operational metrics\nAnalyze data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for optimization\nSupport platform enhancements, integrations, migrations, and technical improvements\nCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field\n5+ years of product management experience, preferably in technical or platform-focused roles\nExperience working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment\nExperience supporting technical roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives\nAbility to develop technical specifications and evaluate code, data contracts, and system tradeoffs\nWorking knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to manage competing priorities and execute within an established product strategy\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience with generative AI, machine learning, decisioning, personalization, or data platforms\nFamiliarity with data pipelines, experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and event logging\nExperience supporting cloud-based platforms, system integrations, or modernization initiatives\nKnowledge of platform governance, SLAs, SLOs, and performance monitoring\nAbility to quickly develop technical expertise and take on increasing product ownership\n***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.***\nWhat we offer you\nWe offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
