This position manages implementation activities from customer commitment through activation and completion, ensuring customer requirements, documentation, systems, and internal dependencies are addressed accurately and timely.\nThe Specialist serves as a central point of coordination among customers, Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Banking, Bank Operations, vendors, and other internal partners. The position manages multiple implementations simultaneously, establishes clear expectations, proactively identifies obstacles, and ensures a smooth transition from sale to successful implementation and ongoing service.\nA successful candidate will have:\nExemplary customer service experience\nStrong attention to detail and time management skills\nConfident and articulate communication skills\nInitiative and strong work ethic\nAbility to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, vendors, and professional contacts\nAn understanding of and commitment to our values\nEssential functions of the role:\nImplementation & Onboarding\nCoordinate and execute implementation of Treasury Management products and services following customer commitment.\nCoordinate new Treasury Management services and changes for existing customers.\nGather and review customer information and documentation based on business and product requirements.\nEstablish implementation requirements, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.\nMonitor implementation workflow and service levels to ensure requests are completed accurately and timely.\nMaintain ownership of implementation requests from initiation through completion.\nMaintain implementation information in applicable systems, including electronic signatures, OTEs, and related workflow requirements.\nCoordinate document exceptions and implementation obstacles with appropriate internal partners.\nIdentify potential delays, dependencies, and customer-impacting issues and proactively communicate them.\nConfirm services are appropriately established and ready for customer use.\nClient & Internal Coordination\nServe as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.\nEstablish clear expectations regarding requirements, timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.\nCoordinate activities across customers, Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Banking, Bank Operations, vendors, and other internal partners.\nProvide timely implementation status updates.\nFacilitate a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing Client Service.\nDocumentation & Quality Control\nReview customer documentation for completeness and accuracy.\nComplete and monitor applicable workflow, documentation, electronic signature, and system requirements.\nMaintain accurate implementation records and supporting documentation.\nPerform quality-control reviews to identify missing or incomplete implementation requirements.\nConduct post-implementation follow-up to identify outstanding items and confirm successful activation.\nProcess Improvement & Risk Management\nEvaluate implementation processes for efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience, and operational risk.\nIdentify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements.\nMaintain implementation procedures, checklists, and supporting documentation.\nRecognize customer, operational, fraud, compliance, and service risks and escalate appropriately.\nTeam Collaboration\nPartner with the Technical Solutions Specialist when implementations involve technical configuration, integrations, automation, or specialized training.\nPartner with the Client Service Specialist to ensure an effective transition into ongoing support.\nServe as backup to Client Services and Technical Solutions functions, as needed.\nShare implementation trends and recurring customer issues with the Treasury Management team.\nOther duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, operations, client onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating implementations, projects, or complex customer requests. (preferred)\nTreasury Management experience (preferred)\nExperience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, online banking, or other Treasury Management products.
