11:00PM\nResponsibilities\nProvide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.\nAssist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.\nDocument patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.\nCollaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.\nEducate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.\n#IND8\nRequirements\n Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.\n Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).\n Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.\n Strong clinical assessment skills and
