  • Support reporting, administration and continuous improvement initiatives within inventory control.
  • Work in line with company procedures, quality standards and health and safety requirements.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using inventory management systems, ERP systems or barcode scanning technology.
  • Experience supporting stock audits and cycle counting activities.
  • Fork Lift Truck licence or warehouse equipment experience.
  • Experience within healthcare, technical services, field operations or project-based environments.

Key Skills

You will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Accurate and methodical in your approach to work.
  • Confident using systems, spreadsheets and digital stock-control tools.
  • A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Numerate with strong record-keeping abilities.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.
