Summary:\nThe Industrial Calibrator is responsible for maintaining, testing and repairing a variety of electrical instrumentation and equipment.\nPay Range: $28.00-$34.00/hour\nResponsibilities:\nCalibrate, maintain and repair electronic measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment used in the manufacturing of clad metal strip products. \nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair operating systems as necessary\nObserve, monitor and record if necessary status of utility equipment \nMake routine, periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.\nAssist operators in routine maintenance procedures.\nOperate and uses forktrucks, high lifts, scissors lift, and ladders as needed\nMaintains records of scheduled and emergency maintenance procedures.\nPerforms a variety of work in the maintenance.\nMaintain an acceptable level of housekeeping in work areas.\nOther duties as required.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School/Trade School\n3-5 years of related experience\nElectrician license preferred\nShop math\nMust be capable of understanding basic electronics, reading prints, and work instruction, calibrating units from test procedures\nPhysical Demands:\nSome heavy lifting and considerable moving of equipment may be required. \nMay be required to drive fork truck, climb ladders, and work in small areas.\nMust be available for call-ins and required overtime to support critical
