You will draft, review, redline, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements to keep deals moving while managing commercial and contractual risk, and you will own the intake and triage of legal matters across the business - determining what can be handled internally versus what requires outside support, and managing the panel of outside counsel and advisors engaged to support the company.\nThis role combines hands-on commercial contract work with legal operations responsibility, andis well suited to someone who is a strong, practical negotiator and can move quickly between contract detail and broader legal-operations judgment calls.\nDuties and Responsibilities - Commercial Contracts\nDraft, review, redline, and negotiate customer agreements and,as needed, vendor agreementsin collaboration with relevant business leader) negotiation of vendors as needed. This could include subscriptions, properties, utilities, advisors, agencies, etc.\n\nOwn the company Non-Disclosure-Agreement letters and wording.\n\nServe as the primary commercial resource for the sales team -for review of contractual terms and conditions and providing feedback on how they compare to terms reviewed for similar situations and what recommendations might improve Enable’s overall position in a contractual negotiation.\n\nManage contract risk across the customer and vendor contract portfolio.\n\nEnsure that existing vendor agreements are monitored and proactively managed ensuring they are renewed in an orderly and considered fashion with a focus on maximisingvalue for Enable.\n\nIdentify areas for improvement and continually drive performance and business results across vendor portfolio.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities - Legal Operations\nOwn intake and triage of legal matters for the company, determining what can be handled internally and what requires outside support.\n\nSelect and engage outside firms and individual attorneys for matters requiring outside support.\n\nManage the panel of external counsel, IP counsel, and insurance brokers.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)\nExperience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements (customer and/or vendor); formal legal training is not required.\n\nStrong understanding of commercial terms and conditions, commercial contracts.\n\nStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted commercial partner to a sales organization.\n\nAble to influence others and build effective relationships with the business and external stakeholders.\n\nSound judgment for triaging legal and contractual risk, including knowing when a matter needs outside counsel.\n\nComfortable managing relationships with outside law firms, individual attorneys, and other external advisors.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and matters concurrently.\n\nAbility to explain contractual and legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.\n\nReliable, accurate, and able to work independently with a continuous-improvement mindset.\n\nRequired Education and Experience\n5+ years' experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements.\n\nBachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience gained through a contracts, procurement, or legal-support career path;
