The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions and delivers clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.\nTHE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions \nDevelop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure operational and financial performance \nTranslate analytical findings into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries and presentations \nPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions \nQuery and manipulate data using SQL and other tools to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis \nBuild and maintain structured datasets, including joining tables and validating data integrity \nPartner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams to align data solutions with business needs \nApply critical thinking to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical, data-backed solutions \nEnsure accuracy and reliability of all analyses through thorough validation and quality checks \nDocument methodologies, assumptions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability \nManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment \nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and alignment \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring \nStay current on analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance capabilities\nOther duties as required\nREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field required\n5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required\n3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred\nFamiliarity with healthcare terminology (e.g., CPT codes, DRG, claims, inpatient/outpatient) \nExperience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred\nExperience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform\n3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code\nExperience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience writing SQL queries\nTimely and regular attendance\nEquivalent combination of education and experience will be considered\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
