related discipline.\nProven track record of technical leadership and mentoring junior team members in quality engineering practices.\nOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a deep passion for driving high-quality software delivery.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implementation, and scaling of robust, reusable test automation frameworks from scratch.\nAdvanced, hands-on experience in BDD-driven automation test scripting (Java, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber) and architecting continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines for automated test suites.\nStrong knowledge of SDLC and STLC with the ability to influence process improvements, champion QA best practices, and drive shift left strategies.\nDeep understanding of the release scope, business context, and complex cross-product scenarios.\nTake strong ownership of end-to-end quality for the product, modules and suites, acting as the primary QA point of contact.\nOversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of test environments and test data strategies.\nVery good understanding of SQL database concepts and advanced querying for data validation.\nLead defect triaging sessions, manage the bug life cycle, and proactively identify quality risks before production.\nClear, influential communication with project managers, development leads, and key internal stakeholders to align quality goals.\nQualifications & Experience\nAt least 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a heavy emphasis on automated testing.\nGood analytical skills and attention to detail.\nGood understanding of the software development process, including Agile methods.\n•Use of Jira or equivalent issue tracking
