You will not only resolve the most complex issues but also validate technical solutions, perform code reviews and provide the technical direction needed to keep global retail operations running 24/7.\n15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and enterprise application development\nStrong hands-on background in Java technologies with deep involvement in both coding and solution design stages\nExperienced in handling P1/P2 production incidents and critical support situations\nFlexible with working hours and available during emergencies or high-priority production issues\nLooking for a highly hands-on individual who can independently troubleshoot and resolve issues without heavy reliance on team members\nTechnical Skills -\nJava Performance Engineering: Extensive experience in Java programming.
