As we continue to expand our client engagements, we are looking for an experienced CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant to join us in the United States. \nIn this role, you will work closely with our delivery teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly within Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys, alongside the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Agents. \nYou will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping translate business needs into effective solutions while ensuring successful implementation and adoption. \nReport to: CE & PP Practice Leader \nPOD: Delivery \nLocation: This role is available in multiple locations. Depending on your location, different work environments are supported: In-office in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S. \nTravel: up to 10% \nType: Full Time \nYour Impact and Key Responsibilities: \nClient Advisory & Solution Design \nWork closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. \nProvide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. \nSupport solution design and ensure alignment with client business objectives. \nImplementation & Delivery \nImplement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys. \nDesign and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to automate and streamline business processes. \nDesign and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems. \nParticipate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. \nTroubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. \nCollaboration & Practice Support \nCollaborate with solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver successful client outcomes. \nContribute to solution documentation and knowledge sharing within the delivery team. \nSupport pre-sales activities when needed, such as solution discussions, demonstrations, or providing input into proposals. \nWhat It Takes to Be Successful: \nProfessional Experience \nStrong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service. \nHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Service. \nExperience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate. \nExperience implementing Power Pages and/or Copilot Agents is a plus. \nStrong understanding of CRM processes, automation, and customer engagement solutions. \nExperience with data migration, integrations, and system configuration within the Dynamics ecosystem. \nAbility to work independently in a client-facing consulting role. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \nCommunication & Collaboration \nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \nAbility to work effectively with distributed teams and international colleagues. \nComfortable interacting directly with business stakeholders and technical teams. \nCertifications & Education \nMicrosoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly desirable. \nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. \nNice to Have \nExperience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service. \nExperience with Power BI or Dynamics 365 Business Central. \nExperience with Copilot or AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. \nExperience with D365 on-premise to online migrations. \nPrevious involvement in pre-sales or solutioning activities. \nActive U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is a strong plus. \nABOUT ENAVATE\nTransforming Businesses and the Lives They Touch\nAt Enavate, we are more than just a Microsoft Gold Partner -we’re a trusted partner in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting, Cloud services, and managed services.
