Onboarding typically lasts around 3 days, depending on the role, and provides a dedicated opportunity to connect with your leader, teammates, and our company culture.\nWhat You'll Be Doing: \nLead on-site and remote consulting for Dynamics GP implementations-gathering requirements, reviewing business processes, designing workflows, configuring systems, and supporting testing. \nManage and support go-live activities, end-user training, and post-implementation support. \nBuild strong client relationships by serving as the main point of contact and ensuring high-quality deliverables. \nCollaborate on project planning, task scheduling, and solution architecture. \nParticipate in or lead strategic client meetings and user group sessions as a subject matter expert. \nWork independently to execute client implementations and coordinate communications and timelines. \nIdentify and mitigate project risks and client challenges proactively. \nDocument recommendations and outcomes with clarity and precision. \nStay current with Enavate’s project methodology and contribute to its ongoing improvement. \nMentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the practice. \nContinuously learn and bring new insights back to the team. \nWhat We’re Looking For: \n5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) \nSolid understanding of GP system configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations \nStrong functional knowledge of the GP Manufacturing module (a plus) \nDemonstrated experience with key third party add-ons or specific industry knowledge \nExperience with SSRS Report Writer and GP integration tools like SSIS, Integration Manager, SmartConnect, and Web Services (a plus) \nAbility to lead client engagements with confidence and professionalism \nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-driven mindset \nComfortable presenting to stakeholders and leading client discussions \nClear communicator with a team-first mentality \nWillingness to travel up to 25%\nABOUT ENAVATE\nTransforming Businesses and the Lives They Touch\nAt Enavate, we are more than just a Microsoft Gold Partner -we’re a trusted partner in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting, Cloud services, and managed services.
