We are looking for an Advisor IT Data Network Operations & Support to help design, build, deploy, test, and support our enterprise network infrastructure.\nIn this role, you will apply your technical expertise across Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments while supporting network operations, automation, projects, and the Pre-Production Network Lab. You will also contribute to technology validation, proof-of-concept testing, and the continuous improvement of our network infrastructure.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex technical and operational challenges, we encourage you to apply today!\nNote: There are two positions available for this opportunity.\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvide operational support for enterprise network services, including incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex network issues.\nDesign, configure, deploy, test, and optimize large-scale Cisco LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN infrastructure, while supporting the integration of new technologies into existing network environments.\nSupport the Pre-Production Network Lab, including software, hardware, configuration, and design validation, as well as proof-of-concept and pre-deployment testing.\nDevelop automation solutions for routine network activities and support the use of automation and Infrastructure as Code tools to improve operational efficiency and consistency.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance through SME groups, coordinate small team efforts, and participate in incident reviews, CAB and TAB meetings.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including network designs, configuration standards, test plans, operational procedures, and implementation guides.\nIdentify and document network risks, support remediation activities, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.\nWho You Are:\nUniversity degree or two-year technical diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n4+ years of demonstrated experience designing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting large-scale Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure. \n5 or more years of related experience and relevant Cisco certifications, such as CCNA or higher, are preferred.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking technologies and protocols, including Cisco routers, switches and wireless, Versa SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VxLAN, VPC, VSS, and data centre networking technologies.\nExperience with network QA, pre-deployment validation, structured testing, proof-of-concept initiatives, and network security practices, including technologies such as Cisco ISE, RADIUS, and TACACS.\nExperience with network automation, scripting, and configuration management using technologies such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Azure Bicep/ARM, GitOps, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Versa Director.\nFamiliar with cloud-native and DevOps technologies, including Azure, OCI, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps, along with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, NetBox and Splunk.\nDemonstrated strong systems thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, project coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
