We are seeking an Advisor, IT Network Operations to play a key role in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale network infrastructure that enables critical business operations across North America. The successful candidate will contribute to network modernization initiatives, automation strategies, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing network services.\nIf you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we encourage you to apply. #Joinourteamcorp\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign, implement, optimize, and support large-scale Cisco LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Versa SD-WAN network infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across the enterprise.\nManage and maintain the Pre-Production Network Lab, including lab infrastructure, topology, equipment lifecycle management, and production-aligned testing environments.\nLead and support proof-of-concept initiatives, quality assurance activities, hardware and software validation, and pre-deployment testing of network solutions.\nProvide advanced operational support, including troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and participation in major incident reviews.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including network designs, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, standards, and configuration guides.\nDrive automation and infrastructure modernization by leveraging scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management tools to improve operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders to implement new solutions, manage network risks, and support change management activities.\nWho You Are:\nUniversity degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, or a related discipline, combined with 4+ years of demonstrable experience in designing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting enterprise large-scale Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure.\nDemonstrated experience designing, deploying, testing, and supporting large-scale Cisco networking solutions, including routing, switching, wireless technologies, and Versa SD-WAN environments.\nStrong expertise in network protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, VPC, and modern data center networking architectures.\nExperience managing network validation, QA programs, proof-of-concept testing, and pre-production environments to assess new technologies and infrastructure changes.\nProficiency with network automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code tools, including Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.\nWorking knowledge of cloud and platform technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Equinix Edge, and Docker.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively in Agile, DevOps, and ITIL-based environments.\nCisco certification (CCNA or higher) and experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Versa Director, SolarWinds, Splunk, NetBox, and ServiceNow would be an asset.\nWorking Conditions:\nTypical office environment, with occasional travel within Canada and the United States.\nPhysical Requirements include but are not limited to:\nGrasping, kneeling, light -
