If this sounds like you, apply today!\nHere’s what you will do (Responsibilities):\nResponsible for processing applications for new services using GetConneted, CCWS,SAP and Maximo, collecting additional documentation such as replacement agreements and AID-to-construct contracts.\nHandle customer inquiries for information and promote the advantages of natural gas.\nReceive customer calls and emails and process requests relating to scheduling and install of services, booking workorder requests, and other queries, provide resolution where possible or direct to appropriate internal group.\nComplete other tasks and assist other departments as assigned by the Manager.\nHere’s who you are (Qualifications):\nMinimum Grade 12 education.\nDemonstrated working knowledge of computer-based applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, GetConnected, CCWS, SAP, Maximo, and Map Viewer\nDemonstrated proficiency in problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.\nAbility to co-ordinate multiple projects to defined timelines and balance many tasks at one time.\nStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to think analytically.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills required due to high level of interaction with customers and co-ordination of process with all internal departments\nThe following would be an asset:\nMust be, or become, knowledgeable in information requirements and possess a strong working knowledge of the advantages of natural gas, its products and the customer attachment process.\nNOTE: As this position is within the Local Bargaining Unit identified above, please note that members will be given first consideration.\nAt Enbridge, we are dedicated to our core value of Inclusion.
