Apply for this challenging and rewarding role today! #joinourteam\nWhat you will do:\nEnsure safe, compliant, and consistent functioning of Enbridge equipment by following all safety procedures, participating in safety programs, and applying lockout/tagout practices.\nAddress equipment malfunctions, damage, and emergencies to protect life, property, and system integrity.\nManage documentation and materials by completing accurate reports, interpreting drawings and as-builts, and overseeing ordering, receiving, transferring, and inventory of materials.\nSupport maintenance planning by assisting with work plans, providing budget-related input, and recommending spare parts levels to reduce downtime.\nDemonstrate a detailed understanding of Enbridge Safety Policies and Procedures and act in accordance with them at all times.\nPerforms other duties as required and as qualified for, which may include tasks in electrical controls, equipment operation, measurement, telecommunications, mechanical technician, and operations technician roles, depending on business needs and operational requirements.\nWho you are:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nOne to two years of directly relevant training and experience.\nStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, supported by relevant training or experience, while maintaining adherence to SOPs.\nEffective communicator with solid verbal and written skills, and digital literacy in Word, Excel, and other related software.\nProven commitment to safety, responsibility, and initiative.\nCollaborative teammate who values inclusiveness, integrity, honesty, and openness in the workplace.\nPreferred:\nSolid understanding of operations used in maintenance and repair of pipelines and operational equipment.\nWorking Conditions:\nPrimarily based outdoors with some office duties for training, meetings, and documentation.\nMust be able to perform physically demanding activities in all weather conditions.\nWillingness to work overtime, weekends, shifts, on-call & standby, and travel overnight as required.\nMust reside or be willing to relocate within 30 miles of the assigned reporting location.\nPhysical Requirements:\nInclude but are not limited to Grasping, kneeling, light-moderate lifting (objects up to 50 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read the fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations.
