As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting Project Managers and project teams, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle-from planning and execution to closeout. This role is designed for curious, organized professionals who want to build a strong foundation in project delivery while working closely with experienced leaders and diverse stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan are progressing according to plan.

• Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.

• Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).

• Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.

• Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.

• Make and send presentations and reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.

Who You Are:

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.

• 4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.

• Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment.

• Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
