Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship from Enbridge now or in the future.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDevelop and maintain project controls standards, processes, and strategies for cost, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management.\nProvide expert leadership and technical guidance on project controls systems and tools, including Primavera P6, EcoSys, system administration, integrations, and implementation.\nSupport project teams in delivering accurate schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, earned value analysis, and other critical project controls deliverables.\nEstablish and govern planning, scheduling, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) standards while ensuring alignment with Enbridge procedures, governance requirements, and project objectives.\nDrive consistent application of Enbridge-approved schedule, cost, and earned value management practices across multiple projects, balancing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.\nDevelop and deliver training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project controls capabilities and advance organizational performance.\nWho You Are:\nHold a university degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related discipline.\n6+ years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, project planning, scheduling, cost management, or a related field.\nKnowledgeable in planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, work breakdown structures, earned value management, and oil and gas construction projects.\nTechnically proficient in Primavera P6 and/or EcoSys administration, configuration, implementation, and custom interface development using application programming interfaces.\nOrganized in managing competing priorities, resolving issues promptly, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.\nCollaborative in communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, building productive stakeholder relationships, and representing the Project Management Office.
