We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team!\nIn this role, you will lead the safe and successful delivery of projects within the Liquids Pipeline Mainline Capital Investment/Mainline Optimization (LP MCI/MLO) Program across the United States, overseeing projects from feasibility and planning through execution and closeout. You will bring together multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budgets, schedules and risks, and build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver predictable results that meet operational, financial, safety and quality expectations.\nBring your project leadership expertise to Enbridge and help turn complex plans into safe, successful project outcomes!\nNote:\nInternal job title is Sr Project Manager.\nThis position is not eligible for relocation / international relocation.\nThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship from Enbridge now or in the future.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead projects through feasibility, planning, development, execution and closeout, establishing clear scope, schedules, budgets, risks, roles and responsibilities.\nChampion a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work environment by reinforcing expectations, compliance and accountability among employees and contractors.\nDrive disciplined project execution by applying effective project management practices to deliver scope, schedule, cost, quality and operational objectives while proactively managing risk.\nMonitor project performance using key indicators, implement corrective actions and changes, and provide timely status reporting and issue escalation to stakeholders and leadership.\nBuild and lead multidisciplinary project teams, securing the right resources, setting clear expectations, removing barriers and fostering accountability and collaboration.\nEnsure projects meet company standards, specifications, procedures and regulatory requirements while strengthening stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nWho You Are:\nHold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, a technical diploma, or related engineering, construction, operations or project management training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n6+ years of progressively responsible, related pipeline industry experience. For candidates without a university degree, an additional 3-years of professional related experience is required. Having 5+ years in project management is preferred.\nKnowledgeable in project management methods and techniques, with strong organizational, planning and execution capabilities.\nInfluential as a leader who can guide multidisciplinary teams, lead effective meetings, establish clear expectations and drive accountability for commitments, actions and deadlines.\nStrategic in anticipating project issues and risks, evaluating alternatives, negotiating win-win solutions and implementing effective mitigation plans.\nDecisive when responding to emerging challenges, with the initiative, urgency and independent judgment to resolve issues and drive them through to closure.\nWorking Conditions:\nOffice environment.\nFrequent travel (~50%) to field locations, regulatory agencies, customer offices and other Company offices; field travel may occur during extreme weather conditions.
