You will collaborate with key partners to enhance our digital presence, leverage emerging technologies, and deliver secure, consistent, and engaging experiences across digital channels.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about using technology to create meaningful business outcomes, we encourage you to apply today!\nWhat You Will Do:\nDefine and advance the application and technology roadmap in partnership with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders, aligning digital capabilities with business priorities and outcomes.\nDrive the evolution of the organization’s digital experience by leveraging the right technologies, platforms, and capabilities across web, social media, mobile, APIs, and emerging digital channels.\nSupport and evolve the modern SitecoreAI CMS platform and related digital experience capabilities, enabling scalable, omnichannel experiences that extend beyond traditional websites.\nDevelop and monitor key customer journeys and targeted campaigns, using analytics, dashboards, and insights to provide recommendations that inform leadership and continuously improve the web strategy.\nExplore and support AI-enabled digital experiences, including conversational solutions using trusted and approved datasets, while ensuring AI, automation, and personalization initiatives are secure and appropriately governed.\nPartner with business stakeholders and service providers to expand digital maturity, improve the organization’s digital and social presence, and identify opportunities for innovation and application rationalization.\nSupport current web technologies while ensuring digital solutions adhere to established security requirements, standards, policies, governance, and industry best practices.\nWho You Are:\nUniversity degree or a two-year technical diploma with 6+ years of related experience working with various digital and web technologies including SitecoreXMC, socal media platforms, and working with business partners and external service providers.\nExperience with modern digital architectures and technologies that support API-first, headless, and omnichannel delivery models.\nStrong knowledge of web applications and technologies, SitecoreAI (Sitecore XMC) and related capabilities such as digital asset management and personalization, along with digital experience solutions such as Brightcove, Canto, Coveo, and Hootsuite.\nKnowledge of security concepts, cloud services such as Azure, and digital integrations, with an understanding of secure and governed technology delivery.\nDemonstrated the ability to develop strategic roadmap recommendations, drive application rationalization, and connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.\nStrong analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex technology concepts into business-focused recommendations.\nWorking Conditions:\nWork is performed in a typical office environment, with occasional travel as required.\nThe role operates in a high-profile, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and may involve handling confidential or sensitive information.\nPeriodic time-sensitive demands may arise in response to operational escalations and project delivery deadlines.\nSalary:\nRanges from $95,000 - $125,000 CDN for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.\nApplicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.\nBenefits:\nA flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disability.\nA paid maternity and parental leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.\nValuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment option.\nPaid time off/vacation/sick, plus paid personal days off (depending on location), and paid holidays.\nAn Employee and Family Assistance Program.\nA Wellness Program, which focuses on supporting healthier employees by providing tools, resources, and opportunities to improve physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.\nEnbridge’s FlexWork (hybrid work model) offers eligible employees (Manager and below) the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, opt for a compressed work week schedule, or have flexible start and end times.
