We are seeking a Supervisor Environment Operations to join our team!\nIn this role, you will lead a team of Environment Advisors who coordinate environmental programs and operational support across the U.S. Gas Distribution and Storage system. You will combine deep environmental expertise with strong people leadership to promote compliance, manage risk, resolve complex issues, and ensure environmental work is completed efficiently and effectively.\nBring your environmental expertise and leadership experience to Enbridge and help strengthen responsible operations across our business!\nNote:\nInternal job title is Supervisor Environment.\nThis position is not eligible for relocation or international relocation.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead, coach, and support a team of Environment Advisors, setting clear priorities and ensuring environmental work is completed efficiently, consistently, and effectively.\nOversee environmental support for operations, including approval compliance, waste handling, water management, project execution, reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance assurance.\nDirect the development, coordination, and delivery of environmental programs that support operational requirements and business objectives.\nGuide environmental response activities for leaks, releases, spills, and other operational events with potential environmental impacts.\nSupport timely site remediation and closure activities while managing environmental programs and work valued between $2 million and $5 million.\nStrengthen environmental performance by promoting awareness, monitoring regulatory and industry trends, advancing best practices, and developing practical solutions to emerging issues.\nWho You Are:\nHold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related physical or biological science field.\n7+ years of environmental work in the pipeline, industrial, or upstream oil and gas sectors.\nAccomplished in leading, developing, and managing diverse professionals working across multiple locations and competing priorities.\nStrategic in identifying key issues, simplifying complex information, applying practical solutions, and delivering sustainable improvements.\nInfluential in building strong internal and external relationships, negotiating sensitive matters, and communicating effectively at all organizational levels.\nAdaptable in working independently and within multidisciplinary teams, leading change, introducing new ideas, and demonstrating integrity and commitment to Enbridge’s values; familiarity with Enbridge’s businesses and culture is an asset.\nWorking Conditions:\nOffice environment.\nRegular travel (~25%) with the ability to travel and work throughout the United States.\nA valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.\nPhysical Requirements include but are not limited to:\nGrasping, kneeling, light to moderate lifting of objects up to 20 pounds, reaching above the shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirements including the ability to see screens, detect color coding and read fine print, hearing requirements, and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.\nMental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:\nAbility to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; understand complex problems and collaborate to explore alternative solutions; organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology; organize and prioritize a short-term work schedule; make decisions that have a moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impacts outside this area; understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines; complete routine forms; compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports; and communicate with individuals by telephone.\nSalary:\nRanges from $130,000 - $160,000 USD for U.S. locations based upon the candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.\nApplicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.\nBenefits:\nA flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance, and disability.\nA paid maternity and parental leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.\nValuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment option.\nPaid time off, vacation, and sick leave, plus paid personal days off depending on location, and paid holidays.\nAn Employee and Family Assistance Program.\nA Wellness Program focused on supporting healthier employees by providing tools, resources, and opportunities to improve physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.\nEnbridge’s FlexWork hybrid work model offers eligible employees, Manager level and below, the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, opt for a compressed workweek schedule, or have flexible start and end times.
