Apply today to be an Infraction Clerk at Enbridge!\nBased in London, Ontario, the Infractions Clerk supports compliance with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) requirements by administering and monitoring safety violation and clearance processes. The role is responsible for processing, validating, and maintaining records related to safety violations, working collaboratively with customers, contractors, field staff, and internal business partners to ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.\nResponsibilities:\nCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding safety violation requirements, outstanding actions, compliance deadlines, and clearance documentation.\nEnsure safety violation records are complete, accurate, and consistent; initiate follow-up activities where required to obtain missing information or correct deficiencies.\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, incomplete submissions, unmatched records, and addressing issues associated with safety violations and clearance activities.\nProcess and respond to correspondence received from contractors, customers, field staff, and other stakeholders relating to safety violations and clearances.\nGenerate and analyze reports, queries, and system data to support daily operations, compliance monitoring, and workload management.\nIdentify and escalate emerging issues, trends, or risks that may impact compliance, customer experience, or operational performance.\nProcess, review, validate, and administer safety violations and clearances, including the creation, cancellation, correction, and completion of records based on information received from field staff, HVAC contractors, customers, and other authorized internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation in company systems to support regulatory compliance and audit requirements.\nMonitor safety violation timelines and follow established escalation processes for outstanding or overdue compliance activities.\nProvide support and guidance to contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding safety violation and clearance processes.\nSupport departmental projects, system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives as required.\nQualifications:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare accurate and professional correspondence.\nDemonstrated ability to investigate issues, analyze information, and determine appropriate resolutions within established policies and procedures.\nAbility to interpret and apply company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and work processes.\nAbility to learn and effectively utilize multiple business systems and databases, including SAP, Maximo, and other workflow applications.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize workload, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements.\nExperience in an administrative, customer service, compliance, utility, or regulatory environment would be considered an asset.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nDemonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAbility to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment with changing priorities and strict regulatory timelines.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nEnbridge is committed to using AI responsibly.
