A Sign-On Bonus is included! #joinourteamfield\nWhat You Will Do:\nSafely and independently perform pipeline repairs, maintenance activities, valve work, meter services, construction inspections, and distribution station maintenance.\nRespond to natural gas emergencies, including leak investigations, odor complaints, line breaks, and coordination with emergency response agencies and regulatory authorities.\nSupport project execution within and outside your home area to assist operational teams across the region.\nMentor trainees and less experienced employees by sharing technical knowledge and providing constructive coaching and feedback.\nAssist in planning and coordinating complex maintenance and operational projects executed by field crews.\nDeliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders.\nPromote safety excellence through damage prevention awareness initiatives and adherence to company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.\nFive or more years of directly related utility service, gas distribution, pipeline operations, or field maintenance experience.\nAble to maintain all required TSSA licenses and Operator Qualifications (OQs).\nStrong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.\nValid driver's license with a safe driving record and the ability to meet standby response requirements.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn and use company software applications.\nPhysically capable of performing demanding field work while wearing required personal protective equipment.\nPreferred:\nAdvanced technical expertise related to gas handling, pipeline maintenance, tapping and stopping, valve operations, commercial and industrial gas services, or specialized utility service activities.\nGPI license and G2/ GUT II qualifications preferred.\nExperience serving as a subject matter resource, trainer, or system super user.\nDemonstrated ability to lead field tasks, support project planning, and mentor developing employees.\nYou will undergo various background screenings that include but is not limited to 5-year driving record, criminal check and a company sponsored medical.\nWorking Conditions:\nSafety-sensitive, safety-critical position requiring a strong commitment to safe work practices.\nFrequent outdoor work in varying weather and seasonal conditions, with occasional work indoors and in vehicles.\nRegular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of equipment and materials, including loads between 10 kg and 20 kg.\nPhysical activities include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, digging, and operating hand and power tools.\nDaily travel by vehicle across the service territory and participation in standby and shift schedules as required.\nRequired to wear company-provided uniforms and all applicable personal protective equipment.\nSalary:\nRanges from $29.94 - $43.00 per hour CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.\nApplicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.\nA sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 CAD\nBenefits:\nA flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disability.\nA paid parenthood leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.\nValuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment option.\nPaid time off/vacation/sick, plus paid personal days off (depending on location), and paid holidays.\nAn Employee and Family Assistance Program.\nA Wellness Program, which focuses on supporting healthier employees by providing tools, resources, and opportunities to improve physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.\nAt Enbridge, we are dedicated to our core value of Inclusion.
