We offer one of the industry’s widest portfolios of power options, including 100% battery-electric, diesel-electric hybrid, CNG, and clean diesel.\nENC is committed to revitalizing American manufacturing through innovation, customer focus, and the delivery of high-quality vehicles that keep communities connected, supported, and moving forward.\nInventory Cycle Counter\nLocation: Riverside, CA\nPay Range: $30.00/hr.\nSchedule: 6am - 2:30pm\nPosition Summary:\nThe Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities. This position supports warehouse operations by identifying inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes, and ensuring inventory records accurately reflect physical stock. The Cycle Counter works closely with warehouse, production, and inventory control teams to maintain high levels of inventory integrity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to established inventory control procedures.\nVerify inventory quantities and locations through physical counts and system comparisons.\nInvestigate, document, and report inventory discrepancies, variances, and root causes.\nSupport inventory reconciliation activities between physical inventory and ERP/WMS systems.\nWork closely with warehouse, production, receiving, and shipping departments to resolve inventory issues.\nAssist with annual physical inventories and other inventory audit activities.\nMonitor inventory accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nEnsure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely within the company systems.\nMaintain organized inventory locations and support proper material identification practices.\nFollow all company safety policies, inventory control procedures, and operational guidelines.\nSupport general warehouse operations as needed.\nPosition Requirements:\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse operations, or logistics.\nValid forklift certification required (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire).\nPrior experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.\nForklift certification required (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire).\nKnowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.\nExperience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recordkeeping.\nAbility to analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to perform mathematical calculations related to inventory counts and reconciliations.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.\nPreferred:\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nWork Environment:\nThis is an onsite position based in Riverside, CA and requires being 100% onsite.\nBenefits:\nComprehensive benefits package: Medical (including FSA & HSA), dental, vision, life and disability insurance, EAP, mental health, and wellness programs\n401(k) with employer match\nPaid time off and twelve (12) paid holidays\nEmployee referral program\nCareer growth and development opportunities\nCareer Growth at ENC\nWe believe great careers and leaders are built from within.
