We combine technical expertise, innovative tools and practical field knowledge to help our clients build better networks and more connected communities.\nWe offer:\nMeaningful ownership:Take responsibility for daily coordination and contribute ideas that improve delivery.\nDevelopment opportunities:Build experience across telecommunications and utility projects, working directly with our Manager of Operations.\nCollaborative culture: Join a team that values curiosity, accountability and practical problem-solving.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCoordinate schedules, vendors and field resources to support project requirements.\nKeep clients, contractors and internal teams informed of activities, changes and outstanding actions.\nPrepare and track quotes, invoices and supporting documentation.\nReview project information and field data, identifying discrepancies and following up on missing details.\nMaintain accurate records, project trackers and shared inboxes.\nRespond to changing priorities, flag issues early and help resolve coordination challenges.\nDevelop practical procedures and templates that make work more consistent and efficient.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAt least two years of experience in Outside Plant construction or a relevant role, ideally within telecommunications, utilities or infrastructure.\nStrong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several priorities through to completion.\nExperience using utility or telecommunications carrier systems and a working understanding of utility infrastructure.\nStrong Google Sheets skills and confidence reviewing data for accuracy.\nClear, professional communication and the ability to build effective working relationships.\nInitiative, sound judgement and a willingness to improve processes as you learn.\nEducation in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou will become a dependable point of coordination for the team: keeping activities organized, information accurate and stakeholders informed.\nAs your knowledge grows, you will take on broader coordination responsibilities and document core processes so the team can provide consistent coverage.\nEncepta is an equal opportunity employer.
