Must also have the ability toperform floor care including VCT and carpet cleaning.A major focus will be to train and develop employees to perform their duties to company standards, maintainkey performance metrics and contractual requirements. Active participation in recruitment and selectionof candidates will be necessary and coordinated with a Service Manager. Flexibility to schedules is necessary to respond to fluctuating service needs.\nEXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES\nTrain new hires on all aspects of their jobs and job assignments\nMaintain operating plans in each account assigned.\nMaintain accurate records for new hires within the training matrix.\nProvide written job assignments for all employees assigned.\nAssist service managers with time keeping in the time keeping system.\nPlace orders through the Coupa supply system.\nConduct internal audits reporting findings to service managers weekly.\nProvide excellent interpersonal skills while interacting with customers.\nCreate standardized work assignments by utilizing self-directed teams, or individual job assignments.\nEstablish Best Practices for equipment use.\nPerform quality and safety inspections including the facility, buildings, and equipment, and submit documented reports.\nInterpret and implement quality assurance standards.\nProvide excellent leadership to assigned staff.\nPossess basic knowledge of applicable computer skills and smart phone usage for emailing, and placing orders, etc.\nFamiliarity of all tools required to perform the assigned tasks.\nOther duties as assigned.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,AND ABILITIES\nConsiderable knowledge of loss prevention practices, procedures and techniques used in varied employment situations and equipment operations.\nConsiderable knowledge of standard safety equipment and safe driving methods applicable to varied types of vehicle operations and work areas\nSome knowledge of accident claims reporting and investigations\nAbility to carry out complex oral and written instructions.\nAbility to express ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to groups and individuals\nAbility to deal effectively and persuasively with employees, supervisors, managers, vendors and the executive team.\nKnowledge of OSHA requirements\nAbility to learn and follow corrective discipline processes.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nBi-lingual in English and Spanish/Creole is an advantage but not required.\nValid Florida Driver’s license\n5 years industry experience\n2 years supervisor/ manager experience\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact.\nPhysical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to, computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.\nAbility to operate various floor care machines such as, auto scrubber, burnisher, chariot style floor scrubber, carpet maintainer, extractor.\nAbility to lift, move or carry 45 - 50 pounds.\nSome standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, or kneeling.\nSome reaching, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, crawling, and handling.\nMust be able to access a variety of work sites to perform duties.\nSUPERVISION RECEIVED\nGeneral supervision is received from a Service Manager who confers on difficult problems and reviews completed work for quality of professional results.
