No single hire is expected to cover all of them, and additional responsibilities not yet identified may be added over time. While many will be expected to be covered, the specific mix assigned will depend on the experience, references, and qualifications of the individual.\nGeneral Ledger & Month-End CloseIn support of David\nPrepare and post journal entries as directed by the Controller\nPerform account reconciliations on a regular and month-end basis\nPerform corporate card (AMEX) general ledger entry and job coding\nBilling & Accounts ReceivableIn support of Nadia\nAssist with complex monthly invoices and billing entries, including construction billing\nSupport AR month-end billing activities and the workticket export/import process\nAccounts Payable & WorkticketsIn support of Jose\nProcess non-Coupa accounts payable\nReconcile vendor statements and assist with fielding vendor inquiries\nProcess export and import of worktickets, including reconciliations and investigations\nReporting & AnalyticsIn support of FP&A\nProduce recurring weekly operational reports for the Operations team\nAssist with data-heavy analytical projects and large dataset downloads\nPayroll & BenefitsIn support of Evelyn\nSupport payroll processing and benefit administration\nGeneral\nIdentify and help implement opportunities to automate or AI-enable recurring finance workflows\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications (Must-Haves)\nThese are the initial screening criteria for the role:\nRelevant experience: 2-5 years as an external or internal auditor, or as a member of a finance/accounting team or department. Candidates must have worked within a finance or accounting function at some point in their background, with exposure to financial reporting, financial controls, and financial processes.\n AI-forward mentality: Strong aptitude for and comfort with leveraging AI and technology in day-to-day work, and with expanding its use into workstreams and tasks. Prior hands-on AI experience is not required.\nAdditional Qualifications\nNo single item below is individually mission-critical, but strong candidates should present a solid overall package across most of the following:\nStrong time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\nStrong communication skills\nStrong analytical skills and reasoning\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy under month-end deadlines\nHigh integrity and a high level of professional maturity\nCollaborative and reliable; able to work independently with minimal supervision\nHigh level of proficiency/familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel\nNice to Have\nADP familiarity\nPayroll processing basics\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\nEducation\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
