NATURE OF WORK

The Pressure Washer Supervisor will work and lead the team to excellence. Prioritize work orders and communicate with Area Manager and Director of operation in order to work around operational impact and special events. Operates a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas. such as buildings, walkways, and big vehicles, and prepare surfaces for repair or construction. When working with the equipment, ensure the water supply is sufficient for the job and follow all industry standards and safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Efficiently pressure wash and soft wash surfaces for commercial and residential clients.
• Operate machinery while continuously checking on and maintaining the equipment during and after jobs. Ensuring you have adequate water supply and that it is working properly.
• Inspect and take pictures of the surface area before/after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris.
• Effectively and patiently communicate with manager during jobs.
• Always be willing to learn and take feedback
• Operate lift equipment.
• Perform building rinses.
• Ability to do work order system and complete them in a timely manner.
• Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
• Responsible for pressure washing commercial property walkways and misc areas.
• Responsible for spraying properties with cleaning solvents prior to cleaning.
• Responsible for basic company truck care and report any mechanical issues.
• Basic mechanic knowledge of small engines, pumps and pressure washing equipment a plus
• Responsible for sending detailed photos of completed assignments daily

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• At least one year of industry experience with high-pressure equipment preferred
• Familiar with effective pressure cleaning tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stand, bend extended periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver's License (Required)

• Must have clean criminal background

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

General supervision is received from the Area Manager and Director of Operations NSU. Tasks are usually performed under little direct supervision allowing use of independent judgment.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED

Pressure washing team.
