Our FDEs own the deployment of the Encord platform in our most strategic and advanced use cases - working with customers daily to drive adoption and value delivery.\nAs an early member of the Forward Deployed team, you will have an outsized impact shaping a critical function for Encord and our customers, and stepping into a role which can accelerate your career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will become a product expert and work with internal teams - both technical and commercial - to build a well-oiled engine that consistently enables customers to get up and running successfully, at scale.\nAs an end-to-end owner of the deployment process, you will work across a variety of problems: technical engineering, operational excellence, and strategic product work. Expect to build data integrations, guide customers with best practices, demo the product, and contribute to the product roadmap.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform for our most strategic customers\nBuild data integrations and technical solutions to support customer onboarding and adoption\nGuide customers with best practices, run demos, and host workshops\nCommunicate project plans and progress to both technical teams and executive stakeholders\nCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to feed customer insights back into the roadmap\nHelp define and scale the Forward Deployed function as an early team member\nWho we're looking for\nStrong experience in a client-facing role in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment\nEqually comfortable handling in-the-weeds product configuration queries and communicating with executives about a project plan\nA great communicator who is motivated by building customer relationships and solving customer problems\nHighly organised with strong time management across many competing priorities\nEnergised by owning and successfully completing projects, with the ability to balance detail-focus and big-picture thinking\nAmbitious, hardworking, and consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you've been in -
