You'll join us at a crucial stage of accelerated development for the company, product, and team. As part of a small, highly collaborative group, you'll be a key driver of vital projects - operating with a high degree of autonomy, building and extending multiple foundational systems, and crafting performant, reliable, and maintainable solutions to challenging technical and product problems.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces\n\nTake end-to-end ownership of projects, from product and architectural decisions through to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact\n\nWork autonomously to drive projects forward while collaborating closely with a lean, high-trust team on challenging problems\n\nTackle complex domains at massive scale using simple, well-crafted solutions\n\nTake initiative, be proactive in problem-solving, and continuously seek improvements across the codebase and product\n\nWho we're looking for\nExperienced: you've seen a lot and built a lot, personally developed and maintained multiple systems from scratch, with a deep understanding of the trade-offs involved in building reliable, performant software at speed\n\nImpact-driven: you want your work to have a tangible outcome for people and aren't satisfied by products that don't see the light of day\n\nA builder: you enjoy all aspects of building a complete product, are comfortable moving across the stack, and love problem-solving from first principles\n\nComfortable with uncertainty: you're happy to tackle problems without a predefined solution, and excited to make decisions autonomously as you go\n\nA team player: you contribute your best work and actively help others do the same, and enjoy levelling up those around you\n\nExperience requirements\nStrong full-stack engineering experience, with production-grade work across both backend and frontend\n\nProficiency in Python and/or TypeScript;
